Where do I start? So quite some time ago I left my laptop with Ike Turner ..you'll get the reference after I explain. My laptop was picked up and the 1st thing I did was plug it in. The laptop battery was dead due to me leaving it there without pickup up in an adequate amount of time. Granted I'll take that blame.. I went in today to see what the issue was and or get a new battery. This man starts yelling and screaming and being very disrespectful infront of another customer. He starts talking over me and once I said 1 word he starts to raise him voice and says LISTEN..and once I said another word...he states hes refusing my business. He was mad that I had taking too long to pick it up regardless of that it was not needed to be so irate ...he threatened to call the police... but later decided to look at the computer ....he found another battery that works with my laptop and then says he's not going to help me...also regardless of the battery not working there were missing screws in the back, the DVD player that he claimed he fixed would not close as soon as I pressed the button. I have never met this man in my life till today..and he states he was only nice because he knew my gf and mother-in law.

Yesterday, first time using IIkotech Inc. computer repair services. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed in under 3 hours; really happy with the outcome. Great customer service - very friendly, fast and efficient. Also noticed the same level of attentive service for others while I was in the store. Thanks Ik!

Went to the store today to have my computer fixed and was screamed at by the owner who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend, stay away from this place

I have used IIKOTECH a couple times and each time, I have been amazed at Iiko's skill, knowledge and fast turn around service, all at very reasonable prices. He's saved my bacon a couple times when my one of my computers just went wonky. Can't say enough about this man and his sense of service and fairness, not greed. Just a wonderful human being and a valued asset to help Perpetual Rhythms Entertainment Services keep on doing weddings and parties. I can't afford downtime and I think of him at every event, as if he's there watching over my computer ! I highly recommend IIKOTECH for all your computer and home office technology service.
