Fast offload. Had load of spools. No scale needed. Checked in Guard House. Given instruction. Need hard hat and safety glasses. Safety vest which I think is normal. Given dock, receiver come to truck for paperwork. Then returns to truck. Gives instruction to exit faculty. If scale is. Not needed. Fast. Friendly. Ports John by dock. Clean. Awesome place. ✌🏽

I think personally as far as shipping goes, the services at IKO Hawkesbury have gone right down the drain since the implementation of the new inventory system and the way things work now while loading. It used to take 1 hour to load,strap,tarp the load and be on your way. Now....youre lucky if 2 hours later you have your bills(and thats when the yard is dead). Not too mention that recently i had to climb up on snow and ice covered pallets to clean them off before strapping and tarping my load. Saftey first right.....things should go back to the way they were before because as truck dfivers we do not have the time to waste on nonsense like this.it would be preferable if whoever is micro-managing everything would find something other than complicating our already complicated enough lives, found something more productive to do.with his/her time. Thank you

Our house has IKO shingles rated for 25yrs (from 2005) and they started to fall appart only after 13yrs. The worst part being sun oriented (see picture). We contacted IKO's online support but they didn't seem to care, they never replied my last email. Which makes me wonder how commun the issue really is. Having a defective product can happen to the best companies but when it comes to bad costumer service, there can be no excuse. I will make sure everyone I know avoid this company in the future.

By appointment only. However, if you are early or late, they will try their best to squeeze you in. The staff there are very polite c& professional. The guys loading the trucks are very hardworking & considerate. They always do a great job loading the freight evenly. Fast loading also

The delivery entrance for fibre glass rolls is from turpee st. Stop at the stop sign and call on the number written there. They will send a forklift driver who will check the seal and take you to the dock. There is only 1 dock and you have to wait if there is already a truck. There was 1 truck ahead of me and it took total 1 hr to unload.
PS- i came here 2nd time and the guy who came to receive me told me that i would need a hard hat otherwise he won't allow me to deliver. I called the office back again and they are so helpful to provide me a hard hat for delivery. Make sure to return it back.

Great customer service, quick unloading a pleasure to do business with. Location is very tight with 53 foot trailer and sleeper cab, drivers beware and follow signage for proper truck routes.

If you pickup load from this place make sure you do scale. Overweight load. 4 to 5 hrs load the trailer. This load s for flatbed trailer only. If you picking up in dry van load might move to drive Axle.
