After purchasing a sport hood for my Ram 1500 Classic, I decided to get the sport hood decal for it. After contacting a few shops in my area only to be ignored or given prices that meant they weren’t interested, a friend recommended Impact Graphics on Richmond Street as he had driven by it a few times and seen many vehicles getting decals done, and another friend mentioned they had done work at a company he worked at and they were very pleased with the results. I contacted them and spoke with Rob about installing a decal I had purchased online. He mentioned he did not install decals purchased via the internet as the quality was questionable on them. Which I found to be the case as ones I had purchased was very thin and not the same product advertised on the website or did not fit correctly. I asked if he would install a OEM decal then, and he said yes, he has done them in the past and had no problem installing them. As I was coming to town for Retrofest, I purchased one and made an appointment to get it done. All I can say is the installation was amazing. This is a 2 piece decal, and the alignment is perfect on it, both at top and bottom sections, and the center gap is perfect. It looked like it was installed at the factory. And best of all, Rob not only communicated with me thru the entire process, his staff were very friendly and helpful and it was done at a affordable price and on time. I will definitely go back to Impact if I need vinyl work again, and highly recommend them for any vinyl or sign work needed done.
