Impressions dental is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It has small town charm. I usually don’t look forward to dental appointments because of previous painful experiences but the staff here are very open to making the experience positive. I’d recommend Impressions to anyone!

My first visit last year to have a few broken teeth pulled was great! Today, was a complete opposite experience. I walk in 10 minutes before my appointment to a gentleman that MUST HAVE been on something; being VERY loud and obnoxious and his energy immediately throws me into a panic attack. (I was not properly prepared/ protected for that big of an energy attack and I was already anxious about being there in the first place) The ladies behind the desk noticed my reaction and pulled me into a room immediately (thank you!), but didn't ask the gentleman to maybe take it down a notch and were just laughing along wth him.
They finally put him in a room and closed the door.
My Dr comes in, looks in my mouth and tells me that he's ONLY pulling the top teeth (That needed to go) instead of both top and bottom like I had asked for when booking my appt.
Before starting, he DID tell me that if I needed him to stop for any reason, to just raise my hand. So I did because it felt like a piece of broken tooth was halfway down my throat. (too far to suction out) he ignored the first time I raised it, then the second time he SHOVES my hand down with some serious annoyed force behind it and says "I know you THINK you feel something but you don't" then gets annoyed again to stop and very abruptly tells me to swallow then.
He finished pulling the 2 teeth, leaves and the hygienist was cleaning up and I made a comment "That was a TAD aggressive" talking about shoving my arm down, and her nervous response was "sorry bout that, that's just the way he is"....!! WHAT?!
I still need like 4 molars pulled so I can get a mold done for dentures. I really don't know if I'll be driving 35 minutes out of my way again. The two visits I've had with the same male Dr. have been night and day. Not too impressed this time around. ?

Amazing location, they did the best job on my teeth I've had.. I'm very happy with the work they've done, receptionist were amazing as well as the oral hygienist.
Thank you guys vary much for helping me with organizing and getting my teeth where I want them to be.. ?

I attended Impressions Dental today for a tooth removal. The support staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely gentle. I was not riddled with anxiety over the visit. I felt respected and well cared for.

I've had extremely excellent dental service at the dental impressions office in Deseronto from the moment I entered the office on my 1st day there. The receptionists, dental hygienists, the dentist were all very professional and made me feel very comfortable, as well as informed as to my dental needs. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need. Thanks for all your help and for making it a friendly, warm, caring experience, as no one likes going to the dentist.
