My employer had a new phone system developed and installed by Infinity Network Solutions last year and it’s been a positive experience. The functionality is a little different than our former system, but during the initial setup, the team found solutions to ensure it would worked as we needed. The user interface to configure the phone system is easy to use and make changes as needed, which I’ve really appreciated. And support has been available to resolve any issues we’ve had. Would recommend.
