*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY *****

Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Regardless of how many emails you send, you'll never receive a response.

Their office remains CLOSED during business hours, and attempts to reach them on the office phone are futile. Even after numerous attempts on their cell number, the owner may answer with excuses like being in a meeting or out of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Promises to call back are empty, and subsequent calls often go to VOICEMAIL. I've been trying to contact them for a week to return the modem due to their exceptionally poor service. Most of the time, the owner is unreachable, and when reached, they offer weak excuses for their closed office during business hours. I would have given him zero stars if possible.

Now i have to get a new credit card, they keep over charging me and plus they don't provide any invoice. If they do provide an invoice, it's not transparent and the connection isn't that good. Especially at night, the only thing i was satisfied with, was the installation and the modem delivery process. Whatever you do don't give them your credit card info
