N'acheté pas là!!! Ils ne répondent ni au courriel, ni au téléphone et ils ont cancellé ma commande sans même me donner une raison. Aucun service! Je comprend qu'il soit très mal noté!!!!

Don't buy there! They don't answer the email or phone and they cancelled my order without even giving me a reason. No service! I understand that it is very badly rated!!!!

2 fois que j'ai acheté 2 ordinateur de bureau et les ai reçu en très mauvaise état, heureusement j'ai pu les réparer moi meme , le premier carte graphique cassé et le deuxième DDR qui se balance a l’intérieur
et pour la réception après 1 mois avec plusieurs appelles....

Purchased a computer that had an issue when received. Contacted Infotech and explained the issue. They asked that I return that computer and they expedited a replacement that works great. I have purchased computers from them in the past when I ran a Computer Repair business. Now retired, but I wouldn't hesitate to source from them as needed again. Great service.

Had an issue understanding some aspects of my chassis fans. It was so obscure that no amount of research online gave an answer. Infotech immediately understood what the issue (namely that there was no issue and I was seeing the expected behaviour from the fans). They definitely know their stuff, and their assistance was greatly appreciated.

NOT SAFE & WORSE PLACE IN GTA They cheat everyone by installing cracked windows and other vulnerable software which is totally illegal. I have forced to do so for a while, there is no legal options to report this, just don't go there they'll either get virus to your pc or sell you a device with virus. I've been a tech there in 2024 that place is full of spam. I couldn't be part of it, once I realised they been doing cracked softwares for years, I just stopped myself. World's best AH is Darol. Save your time, money and pc, be brave go for other stores and check reviews. Stupid ideas couldn't be hidden for ever.

They could not fix my GTX 1070 video card.

I dropped it off on a Thursday and did not hear from them for 3 business days.

I actually had to call on Tuesday to get info and was told that they were sorry for not reaching out to me.
They said that the card had too many problems to be fixed. And the card was returned.
I was charged $25 diagnostic fee.

The young man who returned the card told me that they did not work on the card, that it was just disassembled and upon visual inspection there was too much to be repaired.

Now that I received the card I noticed there was a little bit of soldering done to it.

Also it appears they lost one of my original black bolts and replaced it with a silver shorter one.

This was a terrible experience and I advise other people to stay away from the shop for any PC repairs. They are incredibly unprofessional and it shows.

Also upon arrival there was a disgruntled customer at the front door; punching and banging at the door screaming profanities at the staff.

I was told by staff to meet them out back to avoid this lady. 0/10 experience

Bought an extremely well priced gaming tower: Dell Inspiron 5680 and it has been an amazing foyer into PC gaming. It's worked flawlessly so far, and came with a i7-8700, Nvidia GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 11 and even has some cool RGB lighting. It plays all current games at medium to high settings at 1080p and some upscaled games at 4k 120Hz like Lies of P. Inside was clean with great cable management and looks to be upgradable. I already upgraded the SSD it came with to an nvme drive and games load even faster now. I definitely will be back to Infotech Shop for my PC, computer peripheral and gaming needs. They even, had several refurbished PS4's for sale which I was close to purchasing to use with PlayStation Plus Subscription. Overall Infotech is great for electronics as they offer professionally refurbished computers that are compatible with Windows 11 and have a well organized computer parts inventory. The PC I bought also came with a 90 day warranty giving me peace of mind.
