Such a pleasure to deal with an expert. Not only did Amin fix my old cell phone but suggested a new hard drive for my lazy laptop. It used to take 4 minutes to wake up. It now wakes up immediately and runs much faster. Wow, everything fixed in one day! Thank you.

My new Lenovo computer had screen problems such as flickering and snowing out.
I took the computer to Ink Plus at the LIncoln Fields site and was most impressed with such excellent service.
I had to leave my computer at the shop for a few days and they kept me up date on what the issues were and how they were solving the problem.
I was quoted a price in the beginning and although more work was required then was part of the original quote, they honored the quoted price which was unbelievable.

This little shop packs a LOT of customer service. Amin was helpful, resourceful and kind. I'm an oldster with limited computer experience. Amin did not speak down to me, instead helped me to get my job done without me feeling rushed. He answered my questions about refurbished printers and laptops without any of the hard-sell. A perfect experience.

Absolutely could not recommend more!! They accommodated my request to ship my laptop in from BC and it was SO WORTH IT! I am so pleased to have my MacBook Pro screen working again at an affordable price. The fact that they did a free assessment, and first tried fixing my existing screen rather than immediately jumping to a full, expensive screen replacement is so wonderful - I know without a doubt they are not out to rip anyone off. Wow, what an incredibly positive experience I’ve had with Max and the team at Ink Plus – truly above and beyond service with a presumably hopeless computer repair. I have a powerful i7 with maxed out ram Macbook Air where the backlight suddenly died one day. My main computer – super portable and powerful, I didn’t want to move on from it. I am handy with computers, so I looked online how to fix it.

I completely disassembled the machine using iFixit guides to see if there was a loose cable or connection – no dice, still a dead backlight when I powered it back on. Next, reading all the literature online, it was pretty clear – since the computer was still working (when using an external monitor) – that it was probably a fuse on the logic board that had been tripped. I called around to local computer mac and pc repair stores – they all said it was unrepairable, and it should be recycled, and I should spend $2500 on a replacement.

No way.. it’d be a silly waste to replace out a car because the wind shield wasn’t visible. It must be possible to fix.. Well, lucky for me, I found an Ink Plus’ review too – and after a call, Max – who was a bit perplexed why someone would be willing to pay to mail in a computer for repair (as I live too far to drive, as most of their customers are presumably walk-ins), he said his team would take a peek at it. So I packaged the Mac Book Air up and sent it off.

Well, guess what – they fixed it, and sent it back! It works perfectly since – saved thousands of dollars, all because Max’s team took a gamble with accepting a mail-in repair job. Thanks so much guys – the Air i7 is chugging away perfectly, good as new!
