If I could chose 5/5 I definitely would! Highly recommend Inno.tech2! Team was able to confirm and respond on the material needed based on security cameras I wanted to setup through messenger . So I knew they had working experience with what I wanted. They came out and listened to what I wanted and provided me with quick feedback with a plan on how the work will be carried out to deliver what I needed for my home. The team ran wiring, installed cameras in back of house. Moved and installed cameras to front of house. They even pointed out and fixed the faulty wiring of a garage camera that a previous installer placed. They wanted to make sure my home and I were safe and no issues with insurance if anything arose in the future. Amazing quality and quick work. Much appreciated and will be using again at my parents home.

Inno.Tech2 is fantastic! I called them on a Monday morning to help us transition our TV’s and surround sound from Uverse to DirectTV. Franklin fit us in the same day, got everything set up and working properly in a few minutes and helped my husband with his computer while he was here. We are not techy at all so having someone local that we can call to help out quickly was really helpful.

Franklin was quick to respond, had excellent communication, and did a meticulous job installing our floodlight camera above our garage. He priced the job well and was able to do the electrical aspects of the installation flawlessly. He even explained to me that the flood light would need to be positioned slightly off center due to a beam being in the way of direct center. I truly appreciate his communication on this and his attention to detail since it would have bothered me had I not know the reason why it had to be off-center. We plan on having him come back to install the security camera over our back door since it arrived just after just after he finished the garage installation. Highly recommend him!!
