I’ve had issues with my Lennox unit not working and called Innovative. Parker came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the unit that required special parts to be ordered. They were very quick to get the parts in. They worked with my schedule and got everything working in a timely manner. Once the issues were resolved, the house cooled down very quickly. I was impressed by Parker and his team and signed up for their maintenance plan.

Innovative did it again!!!! Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable!!!

I received a coupon from efficient systems and I wanted to try them out .... Bad idea!!! Awful idea! When I told them to leave my house I was in tears. Right away I knew who to call (should have the first time) Ashla got Jon (master plumber) out in 30 minutes!!! That's amazing!!! I was actually crying upset with efficient systems when I was talking to Ashla and she was so sweet!! She was telling me sorry for something she didn't do but she assured me that Innovative will get me taken care of and that's just what they did!!! Jon was very nice and so knowledgeable and got my kitchen sink fixed in no time! He also assured me that he knew what was exactly wrong and that he would fix it for me!!! From Ashla to Jon and even the owner Robert....they are amazing!! Don't hesitate to use them and I'm serious for all your HVAC and plumbing needs....outstanding service!!!!!!

Parker is absolutely amazing! That man deserves a raise! He came out and figured out what was wrong within minutes and got us up and going within an hour! If we have any problems in the future we will definitely be reaching out to him! He has very honest and professional! Would recommend 1000%

We have had our maintenance contract with Innovative Air several years. I've only had great service from the technicians. They are knowledgeable and are very respectful when in our home.
They are all awesome but Parker is my favorite.

Called your office for a potential AC issue. Technician named Chris Wilcox came out. He was super knowledgeable and very personable. Will definitely be calling again for any AC needs.

Mr. Chris Wilcox came out to the house for a service call, he did an excellent job didn’t take too long,straight to the point. He was real polite and very knowledgeable and he did an awesome job I would 100%. Recommend them
