Richard and his team at Innovative are top notch professionals that have been delivering a high level of service since their inception many many years ago. We used Innovative Insulation Solutions for our basement and are very happy with the results. We did closed cell spray foam for our rim joists and some exterior walls. We also used mineral wool for some interior walls. They were very flexible and accommodating on scheduling. Marco did the install and talked through the process and answered all of our questions. Rich , the owner came two times to our house to make sure I was pleased with the progress of insulating my attic and and my crawlspace. How workers came early at 7:00 AM! That is always a good sign. The four gentlemen were professional in all matters! “Service” is alive and doing well with this company in all aspects! Would definitely refer to my relatives and friends!

I learned about closed cell spray foam insulation thru IIS website along with other sites. I determined that was the best long term solution. The salesperson Mike went above and beyond to address the needs of my place and the Marco & Salvatore who sprayed the foam were experienced and had good communication with the salesperson (so all that was promised was done). Overall a great experience. As I told them, I will have to wait 7 months until the dead of winter to make sure the product works well! So far, so good in June.
