It was very Timidating at the Peru plant but it got me out of my comfort zone. I learned A LOT in orientation, it was VERY helpful. Seems like an AMAZING company to work for, they treat their employees like actual people, they r HUGE on safety, I just absolutely love it so far n it's a perfect fit for me! I love ISS, it has great people great service and everybody is so nice and polite. They do their very best to place u with a job that is for u and that meet your requirements. I don't know why this place gets so many bad reviews. Every time I have been there I was greeted promptly and kindly. They have worked with me since day one and got me a job 3 days after I applied online with Indeed. If you don't like the job you are assigned to they will work with you to find another that suits you better. It's a great place if you need a job fast that pays more than minimum wage and has people that actually care about their applicants.

Super awesome! All my experiences with this company have been positive! Heather, Jamie and Erica are professional and very knowledgeable in many aspects. My husband and I had a great experience with this temp agency walked us through every process. Yea it took time before I got offered jobs, but what jobs doesn’t take time before you get to it. They have been nothing but nice and gave my husband a job right away because we hit it just right. Sometimes these agencies don’t always have a bunch of jobs at the time that are hiring and sometimes they do.

Overall not bad for a temp agency. I like the assignment that I have currently. My only issue is that payday is every Friday, I have direct deposit setup yet, yet I still do not have my first check going on five days AFTER payday. They say that they only promise funds after 5p.m. on payday. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe something got messed up with the set up of the direct deposit. Lets see what I am told when I call them.
