I deal with a lot of companies and this by far the BEST support team. At the end of each call I know that my concerns have been addressed. Not sure who does the training, but other companies need to look at this one. Greg is always professional helpful and resourceful with lots of knowledge.

Greg from support really saved my life. I just recently purchased a hair school that was using a management software called Edge that was discontinued. During the worst time the program crashed and I lost all my information. Spent a day trouble shooting virtual support / system recovery / reverse system update etc all did not work. I scanned thru previous owners email and saw that Edge recommended Insight so I thought they will be able to help me. As you salon owners know this is a desperate situation when you don’t know your appointment. We can’t comfortably book clients until 2-3 week later even then we are not sure. Even the 2-3 week is it fair for the students to have or not have client because of the software issue. I was desperate. I actually called Encore twice the first time I don’t know who I was talking to but he wasn’t very empathetic to the situation. I told him I am willing to pay whatever if he can help me solve the situation. There was a run time error 30009 on the edge software so I can’t even open the software. The first guy told me to go to sales first. Which is fine but I had no idea if he can import all my information to insight. I have backups from a month ago of all the contact / products and services what I needed was the appointment. Normal transition you need to manually enter the schedules but I was thinking I can’t even open the software are there a point to this?

Somehow I called again and another service tech named Greg was super empathetic and virtually download my edge file and said give me 15-20 min and I’ll call you back to see if I can import everything. He called and it was perfect everything was imported perfectly previous transaction / appointments pretty much everything. He did all that without asking for a dollar and I have a 2 week trial to test out the software. I’ll be honest previously I was going to go with DaySmart software but because of Greg saving us and for us to see how good and similar the software is to Edge I will for sure stick with Insight now. Thank you Greg!

Great product. Amazing tech support and customer service. Whenever an issue arises or the dreaded "user error" rears its ugly head, the team of Greg, Natalie, or Andrew ride in to save the day! Having a team backing you with powerful product knowledge AND the willingness to stick with you until the issue is fully resolved is increasingly rare and much appreciated.

Bought the Desktop version in 2021, learning now that was a big mistake on my behalf as I limited myself in a lot of areas, and support is costly if you need it. System is fairly easy to use but easy to get confused quickly with it. having to add products to the system than go to make a purchase order is very time consuming, doesn't calculating taxes properly on the payroll which is creating a headache for the book keeper and accountant. Want to grow and start doing memberships now and finding out as a Tanning salon you can sell tanning memberships, this was the whole point of getting this software was to be able to grow and hopefully start memberships. I've spent a lot of money on this software ( desktop version, added two more users and a few help calls ) to now being told oh yeah our membership program doesn't do tanning !!! Thanks for tell me in the beginning that it did !!! I'm at a complete loss now, i'm a very small tanning salon and don't have the money to redo our software, being lied to just so they can make a quick buck is disgusting to say the least. If you are a Tanning salon STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE !!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about Insight Salon & Spa Software, as a front end system! BUT, what I love most is the customer service! Cathy in sales is awesome to work with and Natalie from support is amazing!! These guys are incredibly helpful every time I call in for support! I am new to the salon industry and this system makes it a flawless and effortless way of keeping my customer happy and my business running smoothly. There are endless options with this system and it is VERY user friendly. If you are unsure about anything the support team is only a phone call away! Natalie especially has been a god send to setting up my system and helping me keep it running efficiently for my business! I am so thankful I found this company to help me be successful! Highly recommended!
