I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered business cards with special UV, and right after they collected the payment, I received a call saying it wasn’t possible unless I paid double the original price. When I requested a refund, they refused and proceeded to print the cards in poor quality without adjusting the price accordingly. Very unprofessional—beware before doing business with them.

I paid for a stitch file on my logo $80 and paid over $3000 for just one of many orders I have purchased from that location. I have asked for the stitch file logo several times over the past few months, and they will not give me the logo stitch file I paid for. I wouldn't recommend going here. Their integrity is lacking. Fully Promoted Stoney Creek is my new spot. It's farther, but the customer service is top tier.
