I had a great experience! I contacted David quite late in the evening (around 8 PM) with an urgent laptop issue, and he responded immediately. He was very professional and managed to fix everything within an 1.5 hours. What I really appreciated was that he even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working fine, especially since I had an important conference. Very responsive, reliable, and professional — highly recommended!

I recently had issue with my Asus laptop not starting up right, went n got help from Dave. Dave was very easy to talk to, and tried in his ability to sort out my laptop. It was a tricky software issue that I sorted out eventually myself, but Dave gave me his advice and suggestions. Dave did his job to best of his ability and I appreciate that!

I would recommend Dave if you have issues with your laptop, especially if your laptop is out of warranty.

Superb service and extremely reasonable rates! They were able to resolve my desktop PC problems in a fraction of the time. I'd taken it to other local PC shops and they were left scratching their heads, unable to pinpoint the exact cause of my system crashes. David was able to diagnose and fix my crashes with pinpoint accuracy within 2 hours of dropping it off. Yet the other two shops had no clue what they were doing, from the looks of it. IntegrityTeks will be my go-to for computer services and I've already recommended them to some of my co-workers and friends. Job well done!!!
