They have a team of the most kind, intelligent and hardworking people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. They have done a fantastic job of seamlessly updating our servers, and tech issues are now thankfully a thing of the past.
Their support actually listens, understands, and fixes any issues that may occur with friendly, problem solving attitudes in a timely manner. Shout out to Vanshika, who is phenomenal. Can’t thank them enough, awesome job 👍🏻👏

Intelica Solutions has done a fantastic job of supporting my law firm, and moving it into the 21st century. Our IT infrastructure is now so stable that we were able to transition from in-office to remote work in a single day, with virtually no lost productivity. They continue to support us to make sure our people are adapting well to remote work by rolling out technologies like Microsoft Teams. Couldn't recommend Evan, Frank, Trent and team more highly.

I have always received such great service from Intelica. Kim was my company's IT consultant for several years, and now we have Logan helping us out. Both Kim and Logan are so lovely to deal with - working overtime when needed and answering my panicked calls in the evenings and on weekends. 🙂 Would recommend Intelica to anyone looking for an IT service management provider.

We switched over to Intelica a few years ago. What a great experience and we should have done it sooner. Our dedicated IT Tech, Andrew, is always willing to go above and beyond to help us and the whole team at Intelica have been great to work with. They know their stuff!!!!! If you are looking to make the switch, or just starting to look - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INTELICA SOLUTIONS! Trent is very respectful and answers any questions you may have in terms that are easy to understand!

Intelica is great! They respond very quickly and have solutions for any IT issues you might be experiencing. Little to large IT issues, Intelica is always there. Very straight forward solutions for minor or major issues. They are so helpful - I've dealt with Nik and Matt multiples times before. There have been times when Oscar helped out as well. You can pretty much count on the whole Intelica team as they're all so knowledgeable.
