Ce commentaire fait suite au commentaire sur les problèmes avec leur service que j'avais publié (et maintenant supprimé). Une représentante m'a contacté rapidement pour faire le point sur la situation. Courtoisie et écoute. Volonté de faire ce qu'il faut pour résoudre la situation.

Excellent service à la clientèle. Offre jusqu'à 15 Mbit/s pour les résidences qui ne bénéficient pas d'une connexion câblée.

Service très lent, limité et très coûteux. On a fait des plaintes à plusieurs reprises et on s'est fait dire d'aller voir ailleurs.

Their internet service is mainly long distance wireless so, despite what it says on their site, weather will effect your signal along with leaves on any tree branches. .

They also have issues with peak hours over the weekend which can slow their speed to a crawl and make the spotty service even worse.

The biggest drawback is that they don’t have 24 hour support so if your internet goes down on Saturday evening you won’t be able to contact support until Monday morning

The only positive is the price which is about 20-30% less than the other remote providers but system outages, speed during peak hours, and lack of 24 hour support makes it difficult to justify especially now that there are other providers in the area.

Bad service and pricey. I've paid for my parents' internet in the eastern townships for years and used their service. It was way more than what it would cost in the city (30% more for way less data). I switched to IHR telecom this summer they provide internet service for small communities too and now pay 25% less for higher speed and bigger amounts. Internexe owed us some money when we switched companies. They sent out a check to the wrong name. I asked them to write a new one to the right name and they said no, tough luck we can't. Normally if you make a mistake you should fix it. Not them.

Horrible internet service. It freezes up a dozen times a day, especially during the day. My husband is home based and is continuously on videoconferencing, and it freezes up all the time. I've complained many times, they have tried to fix the problem, but nothing seems to help. I believe the initial installation was not done properly. We are presently looking to change provider. We were told that it would be different with Cogeco on board, but nothing has changed.
