4/5
This service could be really great if they address the following issues:
1. Navigation is slow. I mean, really slow. *edit - fixed - hallelujia!*
2. There is no way to view all open jobs from all your contractors. The best they have is a list of "recently posted" from the past 7 days, 30 days, or since last login; which would be good enough if it didn't max out at 32 lines. Sometimes I miss opportunities because they don't fit on the list.
3. Navigation really is slow. *edit - still fixed!*
Despite these shortcomings, I really appreciate the service.
I just hope not too many contractors sign up until the limited viewing of posted jobs is fixed. The only other way to find those missed opportunities is to check each contractor's page & try to remember which opportunities I've already looked at for the currently 34 contractors I have access to; which, because navigation is so slow, is not a quick process.

There is one improvement on the speed front, in that there is no longer a long lag time when clicking a job to view before you can move the mouse again. It still takes forever to load though. There's also a new hover feature that I don't like, but that's just me.
One more problem I forgot to mention before is the search feature doesn't work very well. You might find the job you were looking for, or you might not. I don't know what criteria is used, but I would think parts of the job title would be on the list. Fortunately I usually know which contractor has the job so I can check out the contractor's page & search the page to find the job I'm looking for.
Still 4 stars. Still a really useful service, but a disappointing user experience. I recommend it, but I hope for improvement.
*edit again*
Something special just happened. I started opening tabs of the jobs I wanted to check out & it didn't freeze after every click. I hope this is not a glitch - this makes the site much easier to use.
I would say I'm at 4.5 stars. There's still the issue of arbitrarily cutting off the list of jobs I can view on the home screen. Other websites use scroll buttons, or additional pages... I mean, if you only work with 3 companies, there's loads of space, but I still miss projects because I don't have the time to go through every single company's list of jobs to see if I missed any.
