Andy was super helpful over the phone… my ‘e’ key stopped working for my company laptop (I’m travelling out of town for work) … unfortunately there’s an ‘e’ in my computer password… Andy was able to explain how to use my screen keyboard as I have a touchscreen, and that I’d likely need a new keyboard based on what I was explaining. Anyway, I appreciated the free advice and would definitely recommend calling this business as they are super knowledgeable and helpful.

I can't say enough great things about these guys. Built me an awesome PC to my specs and have always been suoer helpful with any issues I've had with other devices. Highly recommend going here before going to a box store. Acer monitors here are very reasonably priced.
