I used Oscar to recover data on some old HD's but he was unable to get anything, said they were gone. He was also unable to get old programs I had on a external drive.
Then I got MS office which was great until I got a new laptop & was told it can't be transferred over! Just seems he's not interested in helping me with anything, like he couldn't be bothered. Very disappointing ?

Used Oscar before. Price is reasonable and doesn’t gouge you for unnecessary work. Had him fix my laptop a few months ago and it works great. A few days ago had him install my Google Nest video camera. He set it up so that it works with my other google items and my phone and my original doorbell. An independent small business that does excellent work and service.
