My 93 year old father was having difficulties with his computer, so he did like he normally does and called me. I tried to help but ran into the same issues I've had for the last 30 years "What is a File?" "What is a folder?" "How do I switch programs?" Usually I can get him though things with Skype screen share while I say "move your mouse pointer up. Up! Damn it! Click now!" but apparently Skype is being discontinued. And I couldn't just go over there and fix his computer for him since I am in Florida and he is in Ontario. So a quick google search yielded iTech Computers, where a very shocked voice said he almost didn't answer because he didn't recognize my area code.

Everything seems to be fixed. Ahmad went above and beyond being helpful and even pointed me towards Skype's replacement. I couldn't be happier with his help.
