Exceptional customer service. I called for a quote to repair and paid a deposit for the battery replacement. I received a call next day that battery has not arrived, so I would receive a follow up call the next day. I arrived for my repair and was shown what work will be done. Phone was tested. I paid the exact amount quoted. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Useless! Utter useless just gouged money for ruining my laptop. Came here to get my laptop fixed and this guy who himself doesn’t repair anything. Ruined my laptop with some his jugad charged me almost $100 first he didn’t fixed properly. Then crushed my charging port for that he charged me again. Then ruined my speakers no sound in my laptop speakers. Address this issue to him and he refused to acknowledge it. At all cost stay away from this con artist. Ruined my laptop and my interview. I wish I would have gone somewhere else to save this hassle.

An absolutely incredible experience with this business! They were able to replace my back glass perfectly, on the quick timeline promised & for a much better price than the competition. Went in to get my screen done, the gentleman showed me every part of the process and explained so I knew. Prices were amazing $110 for my iPhone 11 to get a new screen and protector! 5/5 totally recommend them for future services

Had a great experience here. I was having troubles with my phone turning on, and when I brought it in he checked it out and told me the problem. He had it fixed the next day and when I went to pick it up it only cost half of what I expected, which was really appreciated! He was also really fast and friendly which made it an easy and quick fix

I found this shop on Kijiji where they advertise a 'walk in discount' and after looking at the prices on their website I decided to use their services despite it being on the other side of the city from me. When I arrived I was quoted over 30% more than the prices on the site and was told the website is out dated. I do not understand how they think this is a reasonable explanation. After some discussion I ended up paying just slightly above the price online. The repair for the first phone took 1.5 hours longer than quoted and the second phone took a day longer than quoted and the wrong colour back glass was installed. The person I dealt with was friendly and polite and I was give a free screen protector, but overall it was a very be experience.
