Better service than the Apple store could ever imagine. Everytime I've come in they've been able to fix my issue within less than 3 days. Good selection of phone cases as well.

Highly recommended! Harsh provided amazing customer service. Very high quality work done on the device. He replaced my phone screen very quickly, and it was very reasonably priced too compared to other places. He definitely went over and beyond. Will definitely be coming back here if repairs are needed. Awesome experience at the Waterloo location!

Honest. Friendly. No sales pressure. Harsh works fast and prices are very reasonable. He replaced the battery in my iPhone about 2 months ago. I dropped it a few days ago. Took it to him today and mentioned after I dropped it, the battery drained quickly. 90 m later it was done. He found a sliver of glass in the battery and replaced it for free. Great service!

Would highly recommend coming here! It was an amazing experience, Harsh was able to fix my completely shattered phone quickly and for an amazing price. His customer service is impeccable, he is super friendly and informative. Not only did I leave with what looked like a brand new phone, but I also left with knowledge on his cell phone plans that I will be switching to that will save me so much money compared to what I pay now. Easily the best cell-phone repair and service shop!

I am so impressed with my experience at I-wave. I came in for one issue and within an hour, my phone was fixed and he addressed several other issues that I didn’t even know about. The fee was very reasonable and having been told at Apple that I would have to replace my phone entirely, I was blown away that it could be repaired— let alone within such a short time period. The service was efficient and my phone is basically brand new... I am very happy. He was able to fix everything and I was only without my phone for an hour. And he is the kindest, most knowledgeable person in the business. I highly recommend I-wave! I’ll be back! It is a hidden gem! ?❤️

What can I say…My daughters and I have been doing business with Harsh for several years and he never disappoints. No matter what the issue is with your phone, he can fix it without a doubt! We now reside in Mississauga and we still drive all the way to Kitchener to do business with him. He is always so professional and his work is impeccable. Was far away from home visiting daughters and grandchildren on a Friday when I dropped my phone and smashed the screen. The owner offered to rush a new screen in for Saturday. I couldn't drop for repairs until late Saturday. He repaired that night and offered me the opportunity to pick up on Sunday morning early so I can get back home. He did an amazingly great job and a respectable price. Excellent customer service. Small shop but big heart and thought.

Great and quick service. They are extremely affordable, for a repair that Apple quoted me almost $600, these guys did it for $125. I am very satisfied with their service. Staff is friendly and helpful. They take good precautions like wiping down the phone to ensure they are very COVID safe. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
