Jack and Jesse are extremely professional and friendly. They are on time, experienced, creative with problem solving, dedicated, fast, and safe. Communication from Jen is super fast and informative! We were so happy with the work that Jack did at our home. He is very knowledgeable and was willing to share that knowledge with us when we asked a bunch of questions. As new and first time home owners, this is something that we really appreciated.

Jack and his team were also very quick to get back to our original inquiry, arranging a time to have a walk through and provide a fair quote. In addition they gave us space to contemplate the work we wanted and yet responded quickly to us when we were ready for their service. We were impressed by the quality of work and by the excellent customer service we received.

Lastly, Jack was there to offer support when needed. We accidentally blew a breaker as we are doing home renos on our own Jack then came in the next day and got us all sorted, which was easy and convenient for us.

Overall, we were so happy with all of the work that Jack did for us at our home. You can tell that Jack is passionate about his trade and he cares for his clients.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Jack. Being a first time home owner in a 107 year old house we had some work to do to say the least... Panel upgrades, knob and tube outlets, lighting... The list goes on.

Jack went out of his way to help us and did everything on time and on budget and have been amazing to work with.

Jack did an awesome job. We had him over to do a couple jobs now. Punctual, professional, & does a great job. Promptly answers emails & calls & books you in as soon as he can. Left area clean & made wiring a 100 yr old house look easy!!!! Would recommend him to everyone over all other electrical companies in the area!! Very happy customer!!! 🙂

Jack is a master electrician, who knows his stuff. He does excellent work; neat and clean. Jack has done electrical work for us before and we trust his work. The other thing I like about Jack, is that, he is very approach and is willing to discuss the customers needs.
