I met James on a job site where we were both working several years ago. The homeowner raved about how awesome he was - he figured out a plumbing problem that multiple other plumbers couldn't get to the bottom of. Needless to say, I took a photo of his van for future reference. That homeowner was right. We've now had James help us three times with various plumbing issues. First our sewage pump died and he fixed the janky work by the previous homeowner and made sure the vents and drains were also re-done properly. Then the check valve on our sump pump went (only we didn't know that was what was causing the problem) and he came and diagnosed and fixed that on the quick for us. And yesterday our water heater sprung a leak and he shuffled his schedule to come supply and install a new one for us this afternoon. I never have to worry that the job isn't being done properly. I am picky about trades and I always recommend James and his team without hesitation to my own customers. He is smart, tidy, trustworthy and does an excellent job. 100% recommend. Everyone I recommend him to always comes back with a glowing report. I am so glad I happened to meet James on that job site!!

I am very pleased with the service that James Ball Plumbing provided. Andrea was the person I communicated with. She was friendly, attentive and responsive. The technician completed the job in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. He even took the time taking photos of the completed assignment so I feel at ease since I am not in the same city from where the job was required. I am in the service business and I know very well about good customer service. Thumbs up to the team! Very professional!

Really happy with their work. I called on the Tuesday to get a kitchen faucet put in and they set up an appointment for Thursday. Baden came on time, despite the snow storm we had earlier that day. He was incredibly professional and friendly. The job was done quickly and efficiently. He explained the work that was done and why my old faucet failed. This is the second time I've used James Ball and I now consider them my 'go to' plumbers.
