I had an amazing experience at Jeff Repairs Wireless and Computers! Jeff went above and beyond by helping me update my iPad software at no cost, and I truly appreciated his generosity and expertise. The store offers a great selection of electronics, but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about both software and repairs, which adds so much value beyond just purchasing electronics. He’s genuinely committed to ensuring his customers leave satisfied and fully informed. Whether you’re in the Triangle or even from out of town, I highly recommend making the trip to Jeff’s store. His service is absolutely worth it!

I went to Jeff repairs, Wireless and computers in Chapel Hill because I called them and they gave me a really good price over the phone. The very first time I called I am so happy that I got my iPhone 11 fixed the man that was working there his name was Chris. He was amazing. His customer service skills are great and I would go here again and again thank you so much I give y’all five stars. Thanks again to Chris and this is a wonderful store. They also have phone cases at very good prices I am so happy that Jeff repairs, wireless and computers is an open and running business in Chapel Hill. It is convenient to get to and I would recommend anybody that needs to fix any of their phones or electronics to come here

Five stars are not enough. They deserve 27,000 stars. I had my phone repaired there, and when the phone went haywire again, they honored the hell out of the warranty and had it working again in mere hours. (If you don't think hours are reasonable for delicate electronics work, you are an idiot.) Go here, get your shit fixed, and be happy. Shoutout to Cris who helped me both times; that man knows his shit and deserves 27,000 stars just for himself.

My computer got damaged during my move. These guys were thorough, efficient, kind, and found a responsible price for me. Super awesome. Best repair company in Chapel hill, save your time and effort. Don’t go to an Apple repair store. Go to these guys. Super easy to work with, really knowledgeable and amazing service.

Brought my phone in for a battery replacement. The guy gave it back to me, charged me $89, and the battery clearly had not been replaced. I looked at the battery charge history and there was no discontinuity when I gave it to him. The battery still discharged at the same rate as before. When confronted with this, he gave some BS about the iPhone needing time to “sync up” with the battery. We asked for a refund and he only gave half back. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed.

I recently had my laptop's hard disk repaired at Jeff Repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Jeff stole my original iPhone parts without my permission, and replaced it with cheap off-market knockoffs. Originally came in to get my cracked screen fixed, and when I picked it up they claimed to do me a favor and replaced my battery for free. I was thankful, but 1 month later, my phone now dies at 65% charge. Please avoid this place. Do not be like me who went for the location convenience. Go somewhere else but here. Also, I want my original parts back!!!!

Don't come here. Went here to fix my Surface Pro 7 and my iPhone 12. Originally said Surface Pro 7 would take 1 week to fix, but it really took 2. Didn't communicate with me AT ALL about the time difference. Super frustrating to work with. Oh, and 2 weeks, over $300 for the repair and my Surface Pro 7 STILL doesn't work properly. With the phone, I needed the back of the glass replaced. Told me it would take ~2 hours. Gave them an extra hour when I came back and it still wasn't ready. I told them I really needed the phone today and they said 1 hour. I came back in a hour and HE BROKE THE GLASS HE WAS FIXING and replaced it with a different color. All because I 'rushed him.' Ridiculous. Maybe don't lie to your customers. Or just communicate with them if you need more time. Not a big deal but super unprofessional. And of course I spent a fortune to fix my laptop and it's still broken. So thanks Jeff.
