Please please don't use this company unless you want serious injuries done to you. I was just doing 90 in an 80 and this cab is on my ass and then at a 60 comes up and I slow down to 60 and he flips me off because im doing the speed limit in a residential area. do not use his company.
If I could give a zero star I would.

Horrible cab company. Over priced and none of their vehicles can pass a safety. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Jim's Taxi helped us out when we were stranded due to a roadside emergency. Jim's Taxi was a total lifesaver, we are super grateful. We had a very kind lady from Prescott drive us all the way from Iroquois ON to Ottawa International airport to pick up a rental car so that we could continue our journey home. Bless all of you, thank you! 🙏🪷❤️

They denied service because it was a 15minute drive and they needed to keep their cabs in Prescott because it's welfare day and they make more money per KM in town. Even though they were available, they couldn't risk losing a customer on welfare headed to LCBO. Edit: Since the very informative owner has mentioned that couldn't be true, they simply don't understand their business or their employees, this wasn't a comment, it was a quote. An elder lady told me that over the phone Id have to wait until afternoon for out of town on cheque day as they reserve their drivers for cheque day customers and their recreational needs. But the owner seems to be as intelligent as their delinquent drivers we see in Prescott flying through town and running red lights and cutting people off on the highway. Makes sense.

It was a very good experience The driver was excellent and actually gave me an affordable trip back and forth from Brockville to Prescott due to the extenuating circumstances at the time financially they were more than happy to work with me with what I had and was very polite understanding and helpful. Definitely use Jim's taxi and I will definitely use Jim's taxi again

We ran out of gas on highway 416, and the lovely lady from Jim’s taxi brought us gas in a Jerry can when CAA couldn’t. Thank you again!!!

A year or 2 ago i switched over, since ive went with this company, i have never had a bad thing to say, the cabs are always clean, the employees are always friendly with big smiles on there faces, so glad i made the best decision ever !
