Very happy with the service on my computer. Joel was very patient with my attempts to describe what was wrong with computer when I had a hard time explaining it and was able to fix everything I described.

Called and asked for a power supply cord, he thought he didn't have one and suggested Amazon for quickest turn around, I'm not from area So asked if I could use his business address, he said send him the link and he will order it for me. Showed him the link and he did end up having one laying around and gave it to me for free. One heck of a guy.
