I recently interviewed with them, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative. Despite following up with them multiple times after the interview, I received no response on how the interview went. I sent three follow-up emails over a period of three weeks, but none of them were answered.

I understand that hiring decisions can take time, but the lack of communication from a company was highly disappointing. It left me feeling unvalued as a candidate and raised concerns about their professionalism and respect for candidates' time.

In the future, I would suggest that they should improve their communication process with candidates. A simple response or update would have made a significant difference in my perception of the company. Whoever, is reading this I would advice you to not invest your time with this company. There are numerous companies out there who will value your time and will be responsive. This company just ghost you.

Worst customer service and tech support I have ever had to deal with.
I have an unresolved case for over a month now and I just keep getting the run around. Tech support doesn’t even know how to operate the basic functions of the system and ask for the customers assistance regarding where to CLICK.

I attended the Jonas Breakthrough Conference in Montreal QC this year. It was my first time and it was a busy, fun, and growing experience. Meeting the Jonas team was most impacting as it gave life to the software. By day we had several knowledge enhancing seminars, and by night we had great food and events. We have used Jonas Construction for just over 5 years, and every year I learn more of what it is capable of. Jonas is always working to improve and advance in the industry of which aligns with our corporate momentum. It is a system that can do it all.

We started using this software in March and it has been one of the most painful experiences i have ever had dealing with software. It constantly has problems and we seem to be calling for support once or twice a week. Not intuitive, not user friendly and its like we bought a mercedes but it has the engine of chevette. We are a small business and pride ourselves on efficiency but but i have found this software to be neither fast and nor reliable. I think this program is a bad fit for smaller lean companies and i assume in larger more bureaucratic organizations this kind of software fits right in.
