I had the best experience ever. My phone needed to be transferred to a new phone and my daughter purchased an I pad. Parth and Vanshika were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and made this journey easy. They both deserve a 5 star rating! Amazing customer service.

I recently visited the store because my iPhone was acting up and my AirPods were not performing well as well. The people on the floor were so helpful! They were very approachable and were quick and precise in explaining the problems. Even when I had to hand my phone to the technician they were really quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem. They’re a great bunch of people and I would always return for anything related to Apple. They were also able to get my friend her new iPhone and its accessories on a great deal which are probably better than the kiosks in the mall. I totally recommend going to Jump+

I bought my iPad 5 days ago, and before I bought the device, I told the salesperson to have the latest iPad Air M3 chip. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check the iPad after they showed the box, as I was so excited to get a new device. Went home and noted that the iPad that I received was an M2 chip, so in short, it's not the LATEST version. I went back to the store this evening to ask if I can return the product, as I am not satisfied with the device and it's not the latest brand, but the salesperson keeps on saying that there's no return policy. I was so disappointed with the service because I even didn’t receive any information about the “no return polic“y. My other concern is how you will be able to see or look into the device if you're not going to open it. My iPad is still brand new, but they say it's considered a secondhand now that we opened it.

I went to look into the website to see there was no return policy since I didn’t receive any information about it in the first place. But it says there that no return with FlexPlan, but I did pay it with other payment options, not with FlexPlan.

I don’t recommend buying in this store because of the lack of information from the staff and lack of communication. I get more disappointed when they say that you can sell the product and buy a new one, which is not very good customer service. I would rather recommend buying from Staples and Best Buy, as they have a 14-day and 30-day return policy with good customer service than buying here.

Dropped off my iPhone to get the battery replaced, was told it would take 3-5 business days to get the part in and provided me a a loner iPhone, and they called back almost within 24 hours and it was ready for pick up. No cost thanks to apple care subscription

If your planning on buying any apple products you are far better off with buying directly from apple or another retailer . I purchased an iPhone 16 prior to Christmas with a jump plus branded screen protector and was told I had a year warranty , the employee failed to mention that in the warranty I'm only aloud 2 replacements at half the cost of the full price for the screen protector, considering the cost and the lousy terms of the warranty I would of opted for no screen protector and would of purchased it from Amazon.Within a couple of days of having the screen protector on , it cracked within a case . They are made extremely cheap and do not cover the entire screen. For the price of what you pay for this lousy screen protector and would be subject to paying a percentage of a replacement , anyone is far better off buying a pack of 3 screen protectors from Amazon ! With the cost you can purchase 9 screen protectors on Amazon and do it yourself ! This is without factoring the partial cost of the replacement jump plus charges . Do not fall for jump plus' branded products and warranty they are garbage and are not worth the premium price .
