The guy was pretty nice. My computer hinges broke and it was quickly fixed. Later on I had an issue with my computer not turning on so I took it back and while that computer was beyond saving, I also brought my old computer which was also broken and he offered to fix it at no extra cost and transferred all my data to that computer. Good service.

I brought a pc that wouldn’t POST to this shop and they were able to correctly diagnose the faulty part, sell me a replacement part and reassemble the machine all for a fair price. It’s becoming rare for a business to deliver on all promises in 2025 and that deserves 5 stars! Thanks Dave and Chaz!

i apparently had a dead motherboard and was expecting it to cost over 700+ $
however was much lower in the 100-150$ mark.
also very nice repair guy.

I never felt this way I felt ripped off after requiring me to pay 138$ for 3 min work he took the computer very quickly otherwise i wouldnt give him my pc.On top of that the person was very rough with me, not customer-oriented at all.He made my day sad.Im still not feeling good.

I had previously used this service twice, a few years ago, and was pleased. However, my recent experience there was a nightmare. When my many Bookmarks suddenly disappeared on my desktop computer, after I tried and failed to resolve the issue myself using Google, I emailed Dave who said they " would have a go at it", meaning to me that it was possible they could be retrieved. This was on a Wed. and as I was told it would " go in the queue" and would probably take 1 or 2 days, I decided to wait before taking it in, as it was a long weekend coming up, and I did not want to be without a computer for several days if it was not fixed by Friday pm- 2 days from then.

I was at the shop even before it opened the next Tuesday morning . Dave said there were 5 jobs ahead of mine in the queue and that it would probably take a day or two. Late on Wed. afternoon ( 2 full days) I called and was told by his employee Chaz , that " if they hadn't called me, it was not ready". No other explanation. I replied that I guessed I would have to wait until the next day, Thursday, but was told that there was no guarantee of even that, and I was to wait until they called me. Assuming 3 full days was long enough for a pretty simple problem, when I had still not received a call by late Thursday afternoon, I again called, just to check. I was told by Chaz in an extremely rude and condescending manner " Did we call you? Then no, it's not ready!" Okaaayyy.

Friday about 1 pm Chaz called and asked me for my administrator password and said it would hopefully be ready by the end of the afternoon. By 20 mins before they closed, not having heard from them, I again called and was again spoken to by Chaz as if I was an intellectually challenged child, that " If we didn't call you it's not ready!"

No explanation. No " Gee, we're sorry it's taken so long. It's hard to be without a computer for so long. " NOTHING.

After the weekend , on Monday, now 6 1/2 days after I took my computer in, I was finally told it was ready. However, despite a charge of $138 they were NOT able to retrieve my Bookmarks and Chaz told me that he had " no idea" how or why they had disappeared and that he was " not a detective!", in a very irritatated tone. The only useful information I was told was that " there is no virus for losing Bookmarks".

Well, all I can say is I'll never go back to this business again, to be given such poor, ineffective service, in such a rude, condescending, irritated manner. I found another local computer repair service 2 weeks later, for a different problem ( why another problem when I had just had it in and supposedly checked out?) and my experience there was extremely pleasant, quick ( a couple of hours, not days), successful and less than half the price!

Just saying, this is what happened to me.

I can add that the owner "Dave" called me, apologized for his employee and refunded the entire $138. fee that I had been charged. I am very pleased with this resolution.
