I just had the handle come off of my outdoor faucet and I phoned several plumbers and no one could come until tonight or tomorrow. I haven't been living in my house for that long and had no idea where the shut off valve was, meanwhile water is gushing out. I. phoned Kansas Ridge and they had a guy here in 5 mins! Thank you thank you!!!!!!!

We were having some issues with our HTP boiler, Kansas Ridge Mechanical came to our home and serviced the boiler, changed a temp/pressure gauge and I mentioned to Derek that there were a few times we didn't have hot water. I explained that when we didn't have hot water, I had to turn up the basement in-floor heat in order get a signal to the DHW tank get it hot. This puzzled Derek, he tested a few things and discovered the boiler wasn't sending a signal to one of the pumps to send hot water to the DHW tank. Derek had to order a new field board, which took a couple days to get in and he had it installed and the boiler up and running properly within 30 minutes (after a long day and at the end of the day ). We were great full that Kansas Ridge Mechanical squeezed us in when we needed them. They are topnotch, professional, courteous and treated us fair. They did a great job and we'll be using them again.
