Ken Morris is hands down the best realtor in the Calgary/Cochrane area. My wife and I needed to sell our house and buy another one just before having a second baby — to say it was a stressful time is a massive understatement. But Ken (and Jessica, Deanna, and everyone else on the team) made the experience smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Ken's expertise and marketing acumen helped us get a wicked good deal on the sale of our old house, and he worked tirelessly to find us a perfect new home which we absolutely love and then negotiated a great deal on it, too.

More than anything, it was Ken's advice and knowledge that was most valuable. He guided us through the whole process and helped us make decisions that were perfect for our needs and situation. Our old home needed some significant touch ups to boost its value and Ken's extensive network of contacts (painters, handymen, etc.) were fantastic and cost-effective!

When dealing with our home builders, he was also an incredible advocate who never hesitated to speak up and fight for our needs.

I'd recommend Ken to anyone. And if the time comes where we need to sell our house, he's going to be the first person I call.
