I have had such a wonderful experience with Kendall Cab. From the very beginning, the dispatch lady has always been incredibly kind and polite, which makes a big difference. I truly appreciate that I never have to wait long for my cab, even when the weather isn’t great. I can’t say enough good things about Kendall Cab. I use their service every day—sometimes even twice a day—and they have never let me down. Their dispatch team is always kind, professional, and incredibly efficient in getting me a cab on time. Because of them, I’m never late for work, which is something I truly appreciate.

Great company. Super accommodating and quick service. I had originally called a different company and was put off by the dispatcher acting like I was bothering her. Glad she did that. These guys will be my go to going forward. Super friendly on the phone and driver was here in 5 minutes. Definitely will recommend Kendall cab’s to anyone asking.

Always a regular customer but yesterday i book my to pick me today around 4:45 and i got a phone in the moring around 1:30 sir your cab is here when i said i book around 4:45 said no the person on the call was rude and argue with me and when i said ok book me 4:45 because i have to open the store at 5 said we are book thats not my problem you book the around when i said i was sleeping at that time how i can book and check call history and your regular the way they treat . Only this specific boy who was today on shift. Around 1:30 to 4 am in the moring is really bullshit .

Once again could not get a ride home. 2:30am on a Saturday night. Absolutely horrible customer service and unreliable company. Thank you United Cab for making sure we got home safe!!

First cab was filthy. Some smeared stuff all over the back seat.
Return cab charged me more than the pick up. Driver did reimburse me when I questioned him on it but WTH?

Worst cab company I’ve ever dealt with. Seems funny how the operator on the phone call says they’re always around the corner, then make you wait for 30 minutes OR MORE! In that time I could have literally walked across town and they still wouldn’t have shown up. Not the first time this has happened either, but it will definitely be the last. Never calling this place again
