Amazing service. Was having a really bad day and they really help me out. Even gave me a discount on a ssd card. They helped me over the phone and were very kind and patient as I don’t know much about computers. Would recommend them to anyone!

The left fan on my laptop had stopped working, and it turned out the cooling unit was completely cooked. I really was not looking forward to sourcing a new cooling unit, but these guys managed to track one down pretty quickly. Once it finally arrived, they promptly fixed it and charged a very reasonable rate. I've been using my laptop for the past week, and once I updated all the drivers its working perfectly fine. This is definitely the first place I'm going the next time I run into a hardware issue.

They had zero stock in hand for any printers, but said we could "over night" it if I wanted to. Well I needed the ink today, not tomorrow. And I can over night it too. It's called Amazon. And I found generic ink for half the price of the one they were gonna order me on amazon. So I went with that.

The guys at Kevin's Computing are AMAZING. Such incredible service. I took my brand new (from Best Buy) laptop in, no appointment or anything, because it wasn't connecting to the internet. They took a few minutes to look at it and saw it was connecting to their internet just fine. So I decided to take it home as maybe it was somehow fixed by itself. They didn't charge me for this visit.

Got home, and it wasn't connecting to my internet still. So probably a setting or something on the laptop needed to change. There was nothing wrong with my Wifi service. So I called and they were awesome and booked me in for a home visit! One of their techs was going to come over to my house and check out the problem, seeing as it only surfaced at home. Meanwhile, I spend several hours following Google suggestions on how to fix the issue, and somehow stumbled across a fix, so called to cancel the appointment and they had no issues with that.

Moving on a few days, some RAM I'd ordered from Best Buy (when I bought the laptop) arrived and I decided to give Kevin's Computing some business by asking them to install it instead of Best Buy. (From now on I'll be ordering parts from Kevin's and not BB!) I took the laptop in, again with no appointment, and one of the guys installed it right there on the spot! It took around fifteen minutes maybe, and we had some good conversation. We was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He installed it and didn't even charge me for his time/labour! I was so taken aback. I so wanted to pay him but he was having none of it. So kind and generous.

This business so deserves our patronage. They are experts in their field and I would trust them more than the people at Best Buy. We had some great conversation, and he was so friendly and forthcoming. So professional, and clearly knew what he was doing (I know installing RAM is a generally simple thing). I will definitely be going back to them in the future for all of my computing needs. I also love their new location.

Thanks you guys! You are amazing at what you do, and Kevin's Computing is a great business that I will gladly be loyal to.
