We had a great time with Michael and the dogs. Michael was very knowledgeable. He gave us a quick overview of the history of dog sledding and how the racing works. Throughout our 2 hour ride, he regularly checked in that we were comfortable as it was quite a bumpy ride with all the ice at the end of the season. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely come back again.

Our group had the best time! Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly. He is an open book and shared a lot about the history of dog sledding, the Yukon, and the sledding industry. Everything was well organized and the dogs are clearly cared for (and deeply loved). I would absolutely recommend Keystone Sled Dogs to anyone visiting Whitehorse. P.S. Snow and Daisy are the cutest, but don’t tell the others

The most spectacular, one of a kind experience while visiting Whitehorse. About 50 minutes from downtown Whitehorse, Keystone Sled provides the most beautiful, authentic dog sledding there is. My family & I created ever lasting memories that could not have been made without Michael & Johnny. They both have so much respect for the land and their canines. Every single pup has a name, a story and Michael ensures their well being comes first. I am so glad we chose to do a family owned business rather than a commercial one. We opted to do a 1 1/2 hour Husky Hustle, the sledding itself was about a 15 minute ride but we were out by all the canines, cozied up against a fire with hot chocolate & goodies. There is an additional house (shed like) that has a heater in case the cold is too much and you red to warm up. Overall, I highly recommend KeyStone Sled if you’re looking for an adventure not many can say they’ve done!

Thanks to Mike & Johnny for an amazing dogsled adventure. From start to finish we had a fantastic time. The dogs are well-loved and we got to learn about each of them during the tour. If you are looking for a personalized experience with passionate mushers then this is the place to go! Note that you will need to drive there and be sure to dress appropriately in warm dry clothes.

Highly recommend! Michael and Johnny were absolutely incredible. They are so knowledgeable, caring and professional. We were lucky to have warm weather but come prepared for the cold. This was an unforgettable experience from our trip to Whitehorse.

It was the most special experience in Whitehorse. I came to understand just how historically significant dog sledding is. Watching these intelligent, strong dogs run with so much passion for their work made me reflect on myself. The musher was also incredibly kind and thoughtful. I’d love to visit again and highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to the Yukon!

Talk about an experience of a lifetime! Keystone Sled Dogs is the place to be for an epic winter adventure! My husband and I decided to visit the area for our honeymoon and we are so glad we came across this family owned business. Once we arrived, we started off by having a safety talk, gained some knowledge about the land and our guides - Michael & Johnny. Followed by an amazing ride out in the trail then back to camp for hot cocoa and food! This intimate setting allowed us to take in the true beauty of what Whitehorse has to offer. Michael is laid back, kind and you can see how much he loves what he does. All the canines are adorable and show so much love! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Keystone Sled Dogs! This is a must while in Whitehorse!
