I had to legally break my lease early due to multiple lease violations on the part of Avenue Living as advised by the government of Canada. Some of these negatively affected my health and caused concern at my workplace regarding sick leave. My family has not had a sick day since leaving the building. This included but was not limited to allowing my living room to flood for a month with a shorted electrical outlet leaking water which was never repaired, air quality concerns due to mold, drug dealers in the building causing strong chemical odors in the hallways (they had a bad batch and 2 people died on the front lawn), and multiple smokers indoors despite paying extra for a non-smoking building, excessive pet waste in outdoor communal areas, failure to maintain the structure (there were holes in the stucco stuffed with someone's trash and you could see holes leading into the structure of residence balconies?!?). I was also yelled at for "rushing" repairs while my living room was flooding after I had been patient for a MONTH. Only live here if you want to die a slow and depressing death.

Was looking for a place in Bonnyville for a work and was able to come across Avenue Living. Ms. Aline was the resource person and she was able to help us find a suitable place at a short time span. She is helpful throughout the process and considerate during the whole process. The place is clean and functional we get all that we needed in our place.

Wanna get Robbed !! perfect Accommodation to rent , After complaining for many months the (Avenue living) can’t even hire Security company for people safety.

Enjoyed the bachelor's appt, but the neighbors could have learned to keep to their own pvt lives. You do u, right?
