Delivery drivers take note, apparently you are only allowed to park in one specific area in the back, but there’s zero signage indicating the procedure. So dare you pull in and stop at the big “receiving” sign, you’ll get told to move to some vague area, only to get scolded again for parking in the wrong area when it’s still not exactly clear where you’re wanted. All this for 1 skid that was sitting on the back of the trailer and would have been offloaded in 60 seconds at most other yards I deliver to.

If you have special rules, fine, just don’t expect people to read someone’s mind to know about them and then be upset when they’re not followed - post signs, and treat the guys bringing you the stuff on your shelves with some respect. We aren’t “customers”, we’re your supply chain.

Received good service up to the return of unused items from my renovation. You have to take your return to the yard. Then you receive a list of your items. Then you have to go into the store and must have all receipts. Could not match two items. Escalated to the manager and was asked to come back as they didn't want me to wait. I said no, I was not leaving the store with no receipts and no refund. Fifteen minutes later I received no refund for the
items the Manager could not locate. Was told they were going to look later and get back to me. What company keeps your items and gives you no refund for the items they cannot locate? What about scanning the barcode? The return took 55minutes. I won't be coming back here. Update I went to Home Depot same day for returns. Completed in five minutes. Plus Home Depot confirmed 2 items were not there's, which meant it was Timber Marts merchandise. Swallowing the cost of the 2 items.

Brought my Senior Citizen Dad to Kingdon Timber Mart to pick up 2 long boards. My dad got himself a bit confused and couldn’t quite figure out how to safely attach them to the truck. Despite it being cold and raining outside, the 2 young staff members stayed outside with my dad for far longer than I could have expected them to, helped him get the wood onto the truck, brought us a proper strap and sent us on our way. My dad is a stroke victim and currently going through a tough chemotherapy regimen and clearly physically and mentally weak at the moment… but these guys I tell ya, didn’t miss a step in taking care of him. I was blown away by the kindness and compassion that they showed to my dad, making sure to ask his advice and making him feel like part of the solution.

Well done Kingdom Timber Mart. These 2 fellas are golden resources for you and definitely top-notch ambassadors for your business. Bless them both.

Absolutely amazing service! Stephanie walked me through my deck design and quote, and her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience a total pleasure. Her suggestions brought the plan together, she patiently revised the quotes after my many changes. I've never received better service anywhere else.

Had never been into this store before and my wife and i were out doing some pricing for our siding project. was shocked when they were approx 30% more for the exact same siding as one of their competitors in town.

we were also thrilled to find they had the bathtub we had ordered from home depot for less than what we had paid. I jumped onto my email and cancelled my existing order, why pay more for the exact same product. They had a display model in stock, which had a small fracture at the top of the deck. We thought, no big deal, they advertise the price is $1099 on the physical tub, as well as the on the mini display tubs, showing the price and indicating its a special order. When i inquired with the associate in the the kitchen and bath department that i wanted to place an order she very quickly told me it'll be more expensive than the advertised price as the "acrylic pricing had shot up". at this point i walked away frustated.

before leaving i decided to double back and clarify as nowhere does it indicate that 1099 was only for the display model (with a crack none the less) and in fact the mini tub literally shows the price with a tag saying its a special order. once the associate was finally available i double checked that there was no new stock in a box (there wasn't) and that they wouldn't honour the price that they had listed in two different locations, which she told me they wouldn't. At this point i asked to speak to a manager which she just pointed to a different desk and said "over there"

The manager and I walked over to the display where is shows its 1099 and its a special order. To which he told me that thats incorrect and its only 1099 for the instock (display and damaged) and to order would be more expensive. he acknowledged that shouldn't have the special order sticker there (which there is on every single tub) and that that's confusing and shouldn't really require an explanation to understand that if you order it would be more expensive.

What horrible customer service....you literally list a price in two different location and then refuse to honour the price. for the small difference in you should have marked it down and then corrected the error after. unless your intent is to mislead and lie about your pricing and then jack up the price.

Since i had already cancelled my other order, i took another look and found it down the road at home hardware for $949.

i will never set foot in this store again and will advise everyone to do the same.

Overpriced and horrible customer service. do yourself a favour and go to elsewhere. you'll probably pay less and get treated like your business actually matters.

I phoned in to ask if they have patio 18 inch patio slabs. The gent who I spoke with said they did so I drove quite a distance to buy some. When I went to the customer service kiosk and asked the young woman about patio slabs she looked in her book and said they didn't have them. I told her I had phoned in and was told they did. Instead of taking my word for it and checking with a senior staffer she was quite insistent and repeated they didn't have them. I went back out to my truck and passed the clearance tent and low and be hold there were stack of 18 inch patio slabs holding the tent guy wires down. I went back in and walked past the 'know it all' girl to the contactor desk. Asked the gent and he confirmed they had lots and made me up a bill. The web site proudly claimed 'knowledgeable' staff. Well it should also mention they have at least one who hasn't a clue but pretends she knows everything. If I hadn't seen the slabs myself I would have made a long trip for nothing.

The last three times we have visited the store we have left somewhat disappointed due to the lack of assistance. The second time we were purchasing paint and fence stain. Asked for assistance and never recived it. We ended up purchasing a thousand dollars worth of paint and supplies at Home Depot. The last time (today) we went in looking for bathroom tile and a vanity. After walking around the department with our granddaughter for fifteen minutes we decided to as the young lady for assistance. She mentioned the woman from that department was on break and she would get her. The woman came back, looked right at us and sat down and started chatting with another staff. Ten minuites later we left and again went back to Home Depot and spent another 3000 dollars on what we needed. What is what is truly sad is this store? Does not seem to care about walk in traffic. This was my last trip to this store. I have spent thousands of dollars since they opened.
