This is a dishonest company. I have a pump that broke which was installed by this company under a year ago and still under warranty. He told me he'd come back and swap it out the day after I called, he never showed up. Then I spoke to another employee from the company who kept telling me he'd be by in the next day or two and he never showed up. Now they just ignore my phone calls.

We had some septic work done fall of 2024 by KJA Septic. There was supposedly a 1 year warranty on work and 3 years on the pump. The pump failed less than a year. June 2025 we called Kevin who said they would come next day. Someone then phoned to say they were stuck in mud and would come the following day. Since then no one has come or contacted us even though we have made numerous phone calls. Twice calls were answered with promise again to be there within the week. All other calls were not returned. Then voice mailbox was full. This company does not follow through with workmanship or warranties. Wondering if they are even still in business due to lack of returning calls or following up on service. Would not recommend.
