I went to KKP to have full colour 'art' cards printed on a white, textured stock, after another local printing place did an absolutely dismal job with the cutting and folding. Here, they turned out beautifully and Terry and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Will definitely be back for more, and would highly recommend.

I made a large complex labour intensive order with KPP print. They were professional and did an exceptional job. Even went above and beyond by delivering the package to my vehicle. Phenomenal service! We'll done KPP print!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received. As a start-up business, I was counting on the support and guidance of the staff, but my experience was far from helpful. Despite being assured that they would follow up, I never heard back. I wrote numerous emails and received no response, which only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, my specifications were completely ignored, leaving me with results that were far from what I requested. I expected a lot more professionalism and communication. Had they just communicated that they cannot take me as a client or that they can’t meet my goals, I would’ve went somewhere else , true waste of time and so disheartened by this behaviour.

I chose Kwik Kopy to do a very simple Print and Bind job. They have done lots of work for me in the past. NEVER AGAIN. The simple job looks terrible, NOT done to the specifications I asked for. So, I'll have to discard it. Start over. A complete waste of my time. And, to top it off the owner didn't even show me he cares by contacting me. Save yourself the hassle...find a more competent business to deal with. I will be returning the amateur product it is of NO use to me. (Earlier this year I brought in cherished photos of my sister I wanted "laminated", "Ok you said" when I picked them up they were not laminated...but "Satin finish", they were ruined, yet I gave you a second chance. I let the public decide. In no way have I slandered you, them or your business. You simply do not know the definition, and are the most unprofessional, money grabbing company I have ever had the displeasure of encountering.
