I currently don't work at Knak but I have applied for a position. It's sad to see such a review.

In my decades of experience in High Tech, is for the most part is rare.

I can't comment to much since I wasn't there when everything happened.

During an interview it is important to understand the Culture and the people you will work with during the interview. The best Companies I have worked at. Are the ones where the Developers and the and Manager enjoyed working together.

There is an expression that says that people don't leave a Company, they leave a Manager.

When I apply for a position, I first determine that I feel passionate about the Technology and I have a great time during the Interview.

So anyone that is thinking about applying for a position at Knak. Give them a chance hopefully you will get an interview and just maybe they will hire you.

Myself, and numerous other previous employees have had terrible experiences here. Poorly run, unprofessional and the definition of trying to portray a 'positive workplace' when in reality, it's quite the opposite.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. They have all been left by current employees and upper management attempting to save face. They've likely all been instructed to leave a positive review to boost the google rating. 5 reviews in the last hour, all by current employees. Speaks volumes about what they try to cover up.

Not sure why there have been recent negative reviews because my experience with Knak has been nothing short of excellent. Their creative marketing solutions are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any organization searching for easy to use innovative email campaign and landing page software. A great company to work with.

One could assume that Knak asked employees to write positive google reviews to save their google rating on December 17, 2021, after a prospective hire had their contract suddenly canceled a few days before start date for murky and dubious reasons.

Seems the recent positive reviews are the corporation's attempt to avoid or mitigate the PR backlash brought about by their own unscrupulous HR behavior.

They may have done this once before in May 2021 via Glassdoor reviews after there was turnover of the entire marketing and design teams, according to a reviewer.

I implore people who are considering working for Knak to do their due diligence, research and reach out to PAST employees. All of the positive reviews left here are from the company's upper management and the HR person, which is a red flag in itself. It looks like they have also recently turned off/deleted all comments on their Instagram posts for some odd reason.

It's interesting that they think that that's the proper way to deal with negative feedback, instead of actually trying to rectify issues and be better. The idea of trying to cover up traces of negative feedback on the internet (i.e. Instagram, Glassdoor, and Google) by gaslighting past employees' negative experiences and/or deleting comments says a lot about how their PR, HR, and company is run.

Learn empathy. Be better.

Knak's product and customer service is stellar. The tool allowed our team to go from a 3 day SLA to a 1 day SLA for email deployments. We have designers create emails using Knak instead of Figma, Sketch etc in order to have production ready designs when approved. The efficiencies gained and ease of use of the product is spectacular. The Bonus is how amazing the customer support team is. Helpful, responsive, friendly, and open to suggestions on product improvement.
