I have worked with Kohezion for several years, regrettably, I tried other, fancier solutions and services first. When I found Kohezion - literally out of frustration, it was eye-opening. You will not be connected to some call center on the other side of the world but to real people. Thierry (the owner) is very responsive and great to talk to, you don't get that "help desk feeling" but more like talking to a friend, who will take his time to learn and understand what you are trying to achieve and how he can serve you. I am a small operation, I need my customer database to be simple but customizable. Very Happy!!!
