hi, I want to leave a review for the work that KozaIT.com did for my customer. Firstly I am a FileMaker programmer. I take care of a client in the recycling business. The server for this client was in Toronto. The president was very loyal to the IT company in
toronto, despite the fact that every month or 2 there would be a major problem...los of data, total server crash with not current backups etc. Also my customer had very slow Internet . very slow. They are on the outskirts of Ottawa and had to use Earthnet and aparently the tower was an old one and it did not work well. Despite these obstacles my customer remained loyal until one day he told me to find another IT company.
I am a member of BNI. It is the largest business networking organization in the world. Every year it passes hundreds of billions of referrals and close business; WE have a great code of ethics. We are organized into chapters. So first off I checked my chapter. I have been working with this customer for the last 9 years so I know his situation well. So I spoke with the IT company in our chapter but he could not handle having the server locally. So I was at a loss. but somehow I got invited to another chapter's breakfast of BNI" and somehow I managed to contact Ken from KozaIT. Since he was a member of BNI it was easy.WE dont have the trust issues even though we dont know eachother. It is because of our code of ethics. So I explained to Ken our situation and within a few days i introduced him to the owner of the recycling company and things quickly got serious and within a month my customer signed and we moved all our software and APPs to KosaIT. Right from the start we could feel the quality and professionalism of his group. i dealt with at least 4 of his staff and all of them were courteous and friendly and solved each and every problem.
WE even solved the Internet speed issue.These are hard working people and the feeling you get is that they enjoy their work. In the last 3 months since we we did the changeover there was one day where we could not access the server and within half hour it was fixed. The server speed that they gave us is so much better than what we had. We have only seen benefit since the changeover; My customer and all his staff (a family business)are also appreciative of KozaIT. WE have confidence in them. I attribute the fact of our membership in BNI to finding KazaIT. I attribute the BNI code of ethics to why it was so easy to do the changeover. WE just knew his team would do a great job. and they did. I recommend KozaIT. At every step they showed excellent attention to detail. They have been the best IT company i have ever dealt with. Not only were they able to quickly identify the issue I was having, but once I decided to buy a new laptop, they helped me get an amazing deal on a Dell laptop without the pressure to spend more than I could afford. So if anyone needs ANY type of IT help, I highly recommend Koza - I'm thrilled with the new laptop and I got what I needed for about 60% of the price that Dell was trying to get me to spend.
