Kristin is very knowledgeable and there wasn't a question she couldn't answer. Our situation was difficult and when non of her lenders would approve us without a hassel she found one she wasn't associated with to approve us with relative ease knowing they would not provide her with any compensation.
Anyone who is willing to do the leg work for no compensation says alot about them.
I will be using Kristin in any future endeavors and will be referring her to anyone I know.

I'm not one to leave reviews normally but, I think others really need to know just how freaking awesome Kristin is and I don't feel like I'm over exaggerating one little bit! Even my realtor had serious doubts anyone could get a mortgage approval at a very low rate with no loose ends in less in less than a month, but Kristin can. Our offer was accepted in late October and we moved into our home on the 1st of December. Kristin is highly knowledgeable, tenacious and I felt that she is a friend who has my back. So I'm writing this review to have her back, it's the least I can do.
