I had my heat pump (Mitsubishi) installed originally by KVS Electrical in June 2014 and have had EXCELLENT service ever since. Recently (March 26th, 2025) I had it cleaned and serviced by a new technician (Aung Kyan Tun) and he did a fantastic job ! He took everything apart , piece by piece, and meticulously cleaned and serviced every nook and cranny, inside and out, of the unit(s). I was more than pleased and complimented him on his excellent work. Hopefully, I will get him again the next time I need service. Aung is a valuable asset to the company and I highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done. He takes pride in what he does and the results are amazing ! I wish him the best of luck in Canada and a future of prosperity and much happiness in his new homeland. Thanks to KVS Electrical for sending him. Cheers !

We had a heat pump installed by KV Electric in 2014 - very prompt, professional service and have never had an issue with the heat pump (which is still working as it did when newly installed). In October of 2023 we had another heat pump installed (with two heads) on one of the wettest, windy days we can remember and the installer never stopped all day! The service was excellent both times and if we have any questions, we have learned that they are very obliging and polite whenever we call. We highly recommend KV Electrical! (I thought I had posted this months ago, but was busy enjoying all the great heat over the fall and winter! )

Do not support work done, almost impossible to get response from. Paid over $3700 to repair deducted heat pump (furnace) still no heat after 10 months. Repairs done in Oct. 2022.
In response to their reply, I reported the problem at my issue at the beginning of Dec. I left messages for 2 weeks and had to threaten litigation in the week before Christmas.

If there was an option for zero stars this company would receive just that. I had a terrible experience with this firm. Work covered by warranty cost 1385.24. Employee came in the morning dropped his bag outside and promptly escaped to our garage for hours ( from 10 -12 ish) stating he had forgotten tools. Ran numerous times (excess of 7 times ) to the washroom. He then completely disappeared to return after 5 p.m. and picked up his bag. I expressed to him at the time I had thought he had left. He said he had somewhere to go and hopped in the van. It was only after that my husband realized his car battery charger was gone and a few other things. I had used them prior to this and it was satisfactory. I will never use their services again and DO NOT recommend them. Heat pump was supplied to the builder by KV Electrical.
