Thanks to Don Makra and Lally Ford for hitting a home run with our F350 diesel order! Besides the great service, friendly, kind, honest employers, the conversation is real. No pushy sales. Nice environment. I have a few other dealerships closer to me that I could/ can go to but, Lally's is absolutely worth the drive for me the last 8 years. Highly recommend.

We love our new Ford Edge from Lally Southpoint Ford! Everyone was so welcoming. Matt was so helpful through the whole sales process, from setting everything up and explaining all the new features of our car. I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with the service department here…
I bought my truck from another dealership in Windsor in 2023, immediately had issues with it in 4x4, took it back to that same dealership that proceeded to tell me it was “snow in my tires” when it hadn’t snowed in over a week. When I took it to Lally, they did not treat me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and addressed every concern I had. A year later and they fixed not only the issues with the 4x4 but 3 other issues on top of that in 1 day!!
Spencer was phenomenal to deal with, and I thank Jeff for expecting to deal with 1 thing and ending up having to deal with 4!!
How they looked over every detail of the truck and did not brush me off the way the other dealership did, shows that they actually care about their customers. They have gained a customer for life!
