My wife and I where involved in a vehicle accident. We where in blinding snow in the middle of the road. We where not injured and no other injuries where involved. We are so grateful. However we have never been so frightened in our whole lives. Fortunately no other collisions were involved. Our vehicle ended up being a write off.

We had such a seamless experience with your amazing staff. Not only where we in a rental vehicle quickly. We came to a generous replacement price of the vehicle. As well as purchasing a newer model with in 11 days. The kind staff where extremely understanding and made quick and easy accommodating decisions to help us.

Our emotional experience was helped immensely with the understanding and caring staff. We will always be grateful for your support. I will strongly suggest having insurance though Lambton Mutual and have Leonor Finch as you Claim Adjuster. You hold a special spot in our hearts. Thank you!

We recently had a flood and lost most everything in our basement.we Has Tyler Mazerolle as an adjuster for our claim. He was absolutely amazing to work with and he replied to our emails very efficiently considering he. was absolutely swamped with other customers. I can't praise Tyler enough for all his help and expertise. Lambton Mutual Insurance has a keeper for an adjuster. Outstanding Job Tyler.

I am so glad I switched to Lambton Mutual a few years ago. The service is excellent as are the coverage plans and pricing. I have never had to wait to speak to my insurance agent, and Kristy is always available to answer questions that come up regarding my policy, and she has been super helpful in educating my daughter about auto insurance coverage. This is definitely a business that makes you feel like family. They make each customer feel important, and appreciated which is such a nice change when doing business these days.

My sister has a mobility scooter and it was put on fire around Christmas. It is now Mar 31 and today they sent for a quote on whether it should be repaired or written off. My sister cannot walk far so this is her way of getting around to get groceries and stuff. On top of that, the request for a quote was sent to, not a local company, but one that is 30-45 min outside of Sarnia. How does a senior on disability manage this? It will be a longer wait and who know if they end up covering the cost. Ridiculous since the damage was not caused by anything she had done but by some ingrate. You would think if it is replacement, they would go to the place where the item was purchased. You wouldn’t go to Ford to fix/replace a Mazda.
Additionally, they don’t return phone calls, I had to find the person above the claims department. Their main phone number was never answered during business hours, you always have to leave a message.

1 star rating is too high. Got hit by an intoxicated driver and Lambton Mutual decided to put the blame on me and raise my insurance premium by $200 per month over last 2 years. Ended up cancelling with LM and going with CAA . Quote went down from $460 for 2 cars to $294 for 2 cars. Never go with these guys, they are the worst type of crooks and they overcharge way too much.

BE CAUTIOUS!!when dealing with this office, I recently put in a claim(no fault of my own) ; and because I was not informed on protocol; this nightmare and trauma of dealing with these awful, rude, ignorant ppl, began!!
They basically called me a liar and a fraud. Not directly but indirectly! They are the ones who lie!! Tyler came into my home under false hope, asked me to me for a statement, which i had nothing to hide(to find out later it was so they can charge you for fraud,( ITS NOT TO HELP YOU, ITS SO THEY HAVE PROOF TO CHARGE YOU FOR FRAUD IF THEY FEEL YOU ARE FRAUDING THEM!!) not to help your claim and his boss Dave is no better!! He is an awful man!!They work(sister company) with Cheryl at Cameron Insurance who basically dosent have her clients back and called me a liar and a fraud indirectly!and agreed with Lambton Mutual..
Shame on them!!! Bravo, on not caring about your customers!!👏 👏👏
When they all forget WE are the reason they have a steady paycheck while some of us are week to week.As long they get a paycheck who cares about the people beneath them!!!
Compassion and Empathy go along way, (that should be mandatory)maybe if they were in our shoes they would remember where there paychecks are coming from..but that's to hard for them!!
Ps..there only kind when there profiting for there paychecks from your monthly fees, god, forbid you put in a claim,( then they refuse to show you proof that you have the money that your paying for every month in the "insurance account-mine was/is 25,000 and they haven't used it"!!, for themselves..)..that's bad!! Then the real insurance people come out..!! Rude, ignorant, selfish, compassion lacking, no empathy , accusing ppl..

Called me in October for a mandatory home inspection , yes a interior home inspection during a pandemic. The lady on the phone was aggressive telling me that this has to happen. when i expressed my safety concern due to the pandemic and her unreasonable requests to enter my home i asked to cancel my policy . Come to find out a couple Months later she did not cancel the policy but instead sent my an aggressively worded letter making me look bad cancelling my insurance due to my unwillingness to allow them to enter my home . this company is RIDCULOUS !!!!!!!!! 0 STARS

LM mailed "notice for safety inspection" 4 years after initial home policy began. A few weeks after inspection I rec'd a letter with outlandish time sensitive demands for "safety concerns" to be corrected. Inspector was arrogant and rude. We cancelled policy immediately!
