A large puddle under the AC unit just outside our house signaled a drainage problem. Andrew responded, recognized the issue and had it resolved quickly and effectively, all before this year's rains could find their way into our basement. Very happy with the result - no more puddle and regraded land around the foundation, so any water runs away from the house! Thanks again, Andrew.
