The worst experience I’ve ever had with a laptop repair shop.

I took my laptop to the repair depot at Village Square Mall in Calgary. The lady at the counter charged me $42 for a diagnostic and told me to return the next day when the technician would look at it.

When I went back, she claimed the issue was with the motherboard and that the part would need to be replaced. However, she simply picked up my laptop from the exact same spot she had put it the day before—no notes, no work order, and no indication that anyone had even inspected it. When I checked the laptop, it looked completely untouched.

It was obvious that no diagnostic had been done, yet I was still charged $42 just for leaving it there overnight. I felt scammed and very disappointed with this so-called “service.

I took my acer laptop to this store because it didn't keep charge. He charged me $150! I paid and he said he had repaired it but when I got home the problem was still there! I took it back and he asked for $80 more, which I paid. This time he had "replaced a disc." He took advantage of my ignorance about computer technology. The problem was still there, -$230 later. A friend looked at my laptop at no charge and advised me to buy a charger. I bought one and my laptop is working perfectly now! Why has this guy set up shop to rip people off!!!

They have no experience in repairing computers. Instead of finding why my laptop was not starting, they damaged the hard desk and made up some stories and wanted to extort me. I don't recommend this place even for the easiest computer problem.

I don't recommend anyone to waste your money and your time with these people .
I had a bad experience . After I paid 140$ for my laptop they say my laptop is fixed . I went to my car i turn it on still frozen they took my money for nothing. they asking more another 450 $ for replacing keyboard. I wast money and time .

I took in a laptop it was 7 or 8 years.old it had a broken hinge. They wanted t o charge me over 650 dollars to fix it, which is stupid. I bought a 12 dollar tool kit and fixed it myself in 20 minutes.

Received one of the best customer service at this store. The person was very kind and assured my laptop would be fixed quickly, this was especially important for me as a student. Their prices are also very affordable. With the service I received, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I just realized the good work this shop is doing. the technician is very friendly and ready to come to your service at anytime . technician has time for all his customers irrespective of the number of customers he receive at a time. Above all the quality of work done is always excellent. After my cat knocked over a glass of wine on to my laptop I needed to get my keyboard replaced. I was told to go and see Ricky and I was very glad I did. I had been sent to Mobile Depot first but the guys there never followed through with what they said they were going to do, which is how I discovered Ricky at Laptop Repair Depot. Ricky was very friendly and welcoming and looked into things right away and within 10 minutes my new keyboard was ordered. His prices were reasonable and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely go back to Ricky in the future if I need anything else done to my laptop. I highly recommend Ricky!
