Very nice man. Incredibly informative. I went in thinking my charging port wasn't working after a second charging wire failed. He tested it free, told me it should be fine, let me know the potential costs if it DOES need to be fixed and why and then looked at my Amazon purchase and warned about the quality of the cord I bought for the future.

Very helpful when he didn't necessarily have to be. I understand why his reviews are so positive on here now.

He is the deal! Honest and very knowledgeable, and he's not there to rip you off unlike other places.
I went to him because my laptop charging port was giving trouble. I thought the port is faulty. I went to him, takes one look and says let's see if the cable is working..and turns out it was the cable all along.
He could have very well lied and charged me but he didn't. That's integrity right there!
Please don't hesitate to go to him to get your laptops fixed. He is truly a laptop specialist.

Jeff is amazing, he fixed my water damaged MacBook Pro with a reasonable price while Apple Store asked for more than buying a new one. He also provided a 3-month warranty and did a follow-up check for me for free! Thank you Jeff!

Great experience! I had a broken charging port on my laptop and was quoted a very high price by another business. Jeff was able to fix it in less than two hours and explain to me exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening in the future. And the price was very reasonable! Will definitely return if I have any more computer problems.

After an unsuccessful repair from a different large corporate franchise shop, I came to Laptop Specialist to see if he can help me fix my Lenovo Yoga Laptop. The owner immediately knew what device it was, showed me another one that came in for the exact same issue, and explained to me why this line of Lenovo is far inferior to the devices of past.

The owner was extremely honest and helpful in saying that a new CPU would cost $500-$600 but it would not be worth it because of how the internal motherboard has been built these are plagued with issues, and he wouldn't want to see me come back again after spending that much and be disappointed.

He may not have gotten a sale from me today but his integrity and knowledge has won my vote of confidence, and I am happy to vouch for him!

Mr jeff is honest and gives a thorough rundown of procedure he will do then gives an estimate of how much it will cost and time to finish it. Appreciate it very much. Price is ok. But eventually the customer has to weigh in if its worthwhile to repair or just not to go ahead.

OMG he literally saved my laptop from falling apart even further.😭😭 I had originally messaged him about my Chromebook but because it was touchscreen he said he may not be able to fix it but to bring it in so he can have a better look. I waited a couple weeks before bringing it in today and within an hour he was done! I started to cry because I am not in a position to purchase a new laptop right now so I was extremely grateful for his services. The hinge piece isn't there because I forgot to bring it but he said it's not needed it's just a piece of cosmetics pretty much and that was the least of my worries clearly. 10/10
